Refund Policy



American Financial Benefits Center (AFBC) offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Customers have fourteen (14) days to cancel for any reason for a full refund. Thereafter, Customers may cancel at any time, for any reason, and AFBC will cheerfully refund the last payment with no questions asked.


Release and Indemnity



Customer agrees to hold AFBC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, suit, action or demand arising from AFBC materials and services provided to Customer. AFBC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents have no responsibility for, and Customer hereby releases and discharges them from, any and all claims, including but not limited to those arising from inaccuracies or omissions of information provided by Customer. Customer acknowledges that Customer has read and agreed to the AFBC Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated in this Agreement.
